Terms of Usage
WritingHawks.com offers the service of locating qualified professional writers to provide personalized academic/technical research and writing services. These services are only meant to assist the customer(s) to fulfill their academic obligations or assignment. WritingHawks.com therefore does not make any guarantees regarding the customer’s grades or academic outcome based on the submission of any of its papers to any academic institution. WritingHawks.com provides papers for research/reference purposes only. It is therefore not responsible or liable for the customer’s failure to learn or the improper usage of any of the content of its products. Any materials provided by WritingHawks.com cannot be used in contravention of international copyright laws, guidelines and restrictions. WritingHawks.com owns the intellectual property of all its products. The customer is given exclusive right and permission to use the product(s) for the limited period of six(6) months. On expiry of this period, WritingHawks.com regains exclusive rights of the product.
Payments
By placing your order with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and authorize us to make a charge on your credit card or any other payment options that is available. Unauthorized use of stolen or illegally obtained credit/debit cards will be immediately reported to Law authorities and may lead to further investigations.
Order Process
The customer has the sole responsibility to register using valid contact information (Email address and Phone numbers). This is particularly important when establishing contact with the customer becomes essential during order processing. Failing to provide valid contact information may result in delays or failure in order completion. It is also a violation of these terms and conditions.
Order processing begins only after the customer has paid the full amount of the product(s) and/or services(s). WritingHawks.com is not liable for any failure by the customer to pay in time. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide precise information when filling the order form. The customer can/may use a discount coupon to lessen the amount required for the order if he/she is so entitled.
The services provided by WritingHawks.com are dependent on the information provided by the customer. This information should be precise and accurate. During order processing, additional information may be required from the customer. Failure to provide the required information within the required time schedule is in violation to these terms and WritingHawks.com will not be held responsible for failure to fulfill any implied warranty or guarantee. Once an order is completed, revision will only be based on the original order. Changes from the original order will be considered an additional service. WritingHawks.com will not conduct free revisions requests that deviate from the original order requirements. Customers are responsible to provide instructions and additional requests before a writer is assigned to the customer’s order. Failing to meet this requirement will result in a forfeiture of any claim to the implied warranty or guarantee.

Revisions
Once your order is completed and delivered, you qualify for a free revision in case the paper fails to meet your specified requirements. In such cases you are qualified to apply for the same number of revision as may be needed to make the paper consistent with your specifications. This revision policy is only viable for 14 days after the conveyance of the first copy of your paper. Revision requests must be based on the requirements and description of the original order. Deviation from the original order requirements will be considered ‘editing’ and translated as an application for extra service which will subsequently require additional payment.
Refunds
WritingHawks.com understands that circumstances may arise when orders need to be cancelled. When this happens full refund is made given that the order was never conveyed or downloaded in its finished form or structure to/by the customer. Such refunds will be done within 7 (seven) working days from the time the order is cancelled or the cancellation request filed.
WritingHawks.com reserves the right to cancel or terminate any paid order or service request at its own discretion in case there is lack of cooperation/communication from the customer affecting the completion of the order or service request or on suspicion that the customer is involved in fraudulent activities. WritingHawks.com does not however guarantee reimbursement under the circumstances described above. Refund cases are evaluated on a case to case bases and any action taken is at the sole discretion of WritingHawks.com.
Discount Program
WritingHawks.com will run discount and reward programs from time to time. These awards can be used to lessen the amount required for a certain order or service request. The program is only for registered users. Customers are free to participate in these discount programs at their own discretion.
